2011 Gubernatorial Race - Hon. John James Akpanudoedehe

Akwa Ibom state needs a change, we cannot continue to accept any longer the economic, social and educational deterioration of our beloved state. As a people we deserve a better deal under the new Agenda and as I humbly come forward to present myself for services as your Governor. I pledge to be "your man" under the new dispensation. I ask you, all my brothers, sisters and friends of Akwa Ibom state to assist our goal to make Akwa Ibom state a beautifully developed state in Nigeria. We must unite to make Akwa Ibom state a better place for us and our children, which will attract foreign investments and provide employment opportunities for our unemployed graduates and undergraduates.
My Strategy is to reach all well meaning Akwa Ibom persons, home and abroad and gather their collective input on ways to make our homeland a beautiful and well developed city in the country of Nigeria. I have secured the expertise of professionals in various fields to harness a formidable solution to make Akwa Ibom a great city, but greater minds are found in the men and women of Akwa Ibom state.

I alone cannot bring about change in Akwa Ibom, it must be a collective responsibility where every male and female is involved to make Akwa Ibom a better state. Hence I seek your collective contributions; comments, complaints, recommendations, suggestions and any contributions you wish to add in the effort to make Akwa Ibom the state you and I can enjoy for many years to come.
The Time is NOW! We have waited long enough for promises of politicians in power to make changes, develop new system(s) and satisfy the needs of the people who put them there. No more lies, the competition is on, as other state governors are laying landmarks for their administration, so "what is our state government doing to lay theirs" NO MORE STORIES, let act now and make a change. Tell me your views and wants about my aspirations and how best I can serve you. Let me put in place the machinery to achieve these goals. Comments
